What you will do

• Build and lead a globally integrated enterprise intelligence capability across consumer, shopper, retail, business, social, cultural, and advanced analytics.
• Shape enterprise strategy, portfolio priorities, and growth by connecting consumers, customers, culture, markets, and business performance.
• Integrate diverse data sources into a connected intelligence ecosystem and apply predictive analytics, scenario planning, AI, and data science.
• Establish common definitions, metrics, benchmarks, measurement standards, frameworks, and scorecards for strategic decision-making.
• Translate complex and conflicting inputs into clear recommendations and measurable business actions.
• Develop a high-performing multidisciplinary organization, including its capabilities, operating model, technology, partnerships, and talent.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in insights, analytics, strategy, or related fields.
• Experience leading and transforming global insights, intelligence, or analytics organizations in consumer-facing environments.
• Deep expertise in consumer, shopper, commercial, and cultural intelligence.
• Fluency in modern analytics, predictive modeling, AI, and data science, with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Experience influencing enterprise strategy, establishing rigorous measurement systems, and leading multidisciplinary teams and transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional executive communication, synthesis, storytelling, judgment, and decision-making skills.
