Product Manager - Data Driven Marketing (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the analysis and review of product enhancement requests and oversee business requirements for new features.
• Coordinate with Training, Operations, Information Technology, Administration, Finance, Marketing, and other functions to define product objectives and deliver solutions.
• Identify risks, develop market test scenarios, secure end-user approval, and support product rollouts.
• Manage product documentation, procedures, training materials, servicing inquiries, and performance reporting.
• Lead research into product, mandate, industry, and vendor impacts, communicating required changes to affected teams.
• Oversee commercialization and system readiness for maintenance, compliance, industry requirements, and product replacements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four years of experience in product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products.
• Experience in the financial or credit union industry, including core or account processing, is required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, lead meetings, communicate progress, and support product development through implementation.
• This role is remote in Florida, United States, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
