Salary: USD 190,000–230,000 per year

What you will do
- Own and evolve the end-to-end product analytics platform and its complete data lifecycle.
- Design analytics instrumentation in product source code, web applications, backend services, and distributed systems.
- Build and operate event collection, ingestion, raw data storage, ETL/ELT, transformation, and aggregation pipelines.
- Define analytical data models and metrics and deliver trusted data through dashboards, reports, BI platforms, and analytical tools.
- Implement data quality, observability, lineage, governance, and proactive issue detection.
- Work with software engineers and troubleshoot analytics issues from application code through final dashboards.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering and data engineering background with hands-on experience operating production analytics or data platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience designing ETL/ELT and data transformation pipelines.
- Experience with event-based product analytics, analytics instrumentation, and multi-tenant product analytics.
- Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, or lakehouse architectures, as well as analytical data models and aggregation pipelines.
- Experience with BI and analytics visualization platforms.
- Strong understanding of data quality, lineage, observability, and governance.
