What you will do

  • Develop estimate plans and coordinate estimate development with project teams.
  • Lead the development of total project estimates.
  • Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and Estimate Risk Analysis.
  • Recommend cost contingencies and solutions to complex project problems.
  • Maintain a library of current local rates for estimating.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of estimator experience with increasing scope and responsibility in a construction environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
  • Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
  • RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or progress toward completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and quality focus.
