Focus on performing preventive maintenance, controlling processes from computer terminals, solving equipment and production issues, and working rotating shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
Location: Greensboro, NC – Swing Road Plant, United States. On-site role requiring rotating shifts, weekend work, 8–12-hour days, and occasional overtime. Relocation is generally not paid.
Starting pay: $25.38 per hour, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Operate high-speed converting, packing, labeling, and packaging equipment, including machines and robots.
- Act as the System Owner or Equipment Owner for the assigned production area.
- Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on automated equipment.
- Control production processes from computer terminals and maintain production flow and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records and data while supporting product quality and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively across rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Technical aptitude and ability to operate machinery and automated equipment.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools and operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and hand trucks.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, ladders, and platforms, enter confined spaces, and stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, and variable schedules.
