What you will do
- Implement advanced product engineering and process integration initiatives.
- Develop tooling methods for assigned products in collaboration with the manager.
- Monitor process performance and apply structured engineering methods to achieve yield targets.
- Document procedures, traveler instructions, and Front End guides.
- Compare manufacturing practices with TTM best practices and propose improvements or capital projects.
- Participate in internal design reviews and collaborate cross-functionally on design for manufacturability.
Requirements
- Current college junior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering for the fall co-op term.
- Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-based and ethical decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn quickly.
- Leadership experience, work experience, or extracurricular involvement in team environments.
- Must comply with US export control policies and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements.
