What you will do

• Own the enterprise architecture vision, standards, reference designs, and target-state architecture across cloud, infrastructure, applications, integration, data, and AI.
• Set and govern Microsoft Azure cloud and platform standards, including landing zones, identity, networking, automation, infrastructure as code, and security baselines.
• Lead architecture reviews, approve significant designs, resolve cross-domain tradeoffs, and maintain technical standards and architecture decision records.
• Own multi-year technology roadmaps, modernization strategy, technology evaluations, and leadership briefings on risk, dependencies, and investment needs.
• Govern legacy modernization and API/integration architecture, including lifecycle management, versioning, security, and observability.
• Define enterprise AI architecture standards and provide guidance on model selection, integration patterns, governance, and AI-enabled automation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressively senior engineering and architecture experience across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and integration.
• Principal- or enterprise-architect experience owning enterprise-wide standards and influencing architecture decisions without direct management responsibility.
• Deep enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure expertise, including governance, landing zones, Entra identity integration, and networking.
• Strong experience with reference architectures, standards development, architecture review and governance, infrastructure architecture, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with REST APIs, message-based integration, event streaming, legacy modernization, Entra ID, conditional access, and Zero Trust principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus practical use of AI tooling for prompt engineering, documentation, design, or analysis.

Nice to have

• TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent enterprise-architecture certification and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale legacy modernization or replatforming initiatives.
• Experience establishing enterprise AI architecture standards or AI governance.
• Experience in large, complex, multi-region enterprises and familiarity with CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF 2.0, or the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Media, entertainment, or another high-velocity, high-confidentiality industry background.
