What you will do

• Manage grantee relationships across New York City, Canada, Miami, Chicago, and São Paulo, including reporting, check-ins, due diligence, monitoring, documentation, and close-out.
• Coordinate grant communications, portfolio updates, and reporting for boards and leadership.
• Design and execute community engagement and employee volunteering programs, managing planning, logistics, legal requirements, communications, and recruitment.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align programs with employee interests and organizational priorities and drive participation.
• Manage local execution of global initiatives and track participation, feedback, and program outcomes.
• Oversee impact measurement workflows, data collection, vendor communication, reporting, and storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate social impact, philanthropy, nonprofit management, community engagement, or a related field.
• Experience managing external partner or grantee relationships and delivering against commitments.
• Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks, data collection, grant reporting, and third-party impact assessment platforms or nonprofit measurement partners.
• Strong project management, organization, multitasking, strategic thinking, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience designing or executing corporate employee engagement or volunteering programs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to social impact workflows.
• Experience helping develop internal impact measurement capabilities.
