• Review, organize, scan, and process incoming client tax documents.
• Assist with tax information intake and prepare documents for routing.
• Track client documents and keep records current.
• Assemble client tax returns according to established procedures.
• Support e-filing, final delivery steps, and preparation of informational tax documents.
• Help the team meet strict government deadlines and provide general operational support.

• Working toward a bachelor's degree; accounting or finance is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
