Location: US - San Francisco, CA; hybrid with 3 days in the San Francisco office. Travel required 5β10% of the time.
Salary: $207,500β$332,400 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do
- Lead the North America Applied AI pod, set priorities, guide embedded analysts, and oversee AI-enabled solutions for high-impact workflows.
- Coach and develop early-career technical and business talent into effective builders, problem-solvers, and operators.
- Define the operating model for scoping, deploying, measuring, handing off, and championing AI solutions within business teams.
- Create repeatable playbooks and document transformation journeys so other teams can replicate successful approaches.
- Build an internal marketplace for North America solutions, prompts, and trainings, and drive adoption through leadership and employee forums.
- Partner with Technology on deployment infrastructure, access, hosting, permissions, tooling, usage metrics, and impact reporting while representing North American priorities in global AI initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelorβs degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
- Demonstrated experience deploying AI automations, agents, and solutions that measurably improve workflows and free up team capacity.
- Hands-on builder mindset with the ability to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and develop adoption and deployment plans.
- Experience creating structure and execution plans amid ambiguity and solving complex, evolving business problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing high-potential early-career talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Nice to have
- Experience building internal enablement or distribution programs for tools, training, and resources at scale.
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging AI tools and platforms.
- Experience in management consulting or advising teams through business transformation.
