Project Manager/Estimator (Demolition)

Location: Rogers, Minnesota, United States. The role is primarily office-based with required travel to jobsites, including occasional overnight stays outside the office area for approximately 10% of the time.

Base compensation: $100,000–$133,500 per year, varying by geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.

What you will do

• Identify and complete public and private bid opportunities through client relationships, networking, and assigned opportunities.
• Estimate demolition construction projects by reviewing plans and specifications, calculating quantities, gathering quotes, and preparing bid submissions.
• Manage awarded projects from pre-construction through completion, including scheduling, staffing coordination, progress monitoring, and construction methods.
• Track labor, equipment, and material costs while managing billing, payables, receivables, and monthly over- or under-billing.
• Coordinate with project owners, general contractors, field teams, office staff, vendors, and regulatory agencies to maintain safe and timely delivery.
• Manage permits, licensing, compliance requirements, project issues, scope changes, and change-order approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with construction bidding and project management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory motor vehicle record, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Viewpoint Vista and HCSS construction software.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams.
