Assembler and Test Technician (Medical Devices)

Location: Medina, New York, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

What you will do

• Repair and perform electrical testing on Spectrum Infusion Pumps.
• Follow quality management systems, written procedures, maintenance records, and Good Documentation Practices.
• Use hand tools, fixtures, gauges, machinery, and test aids to measure devices and verify specifications.
• Maintain service-line flow, interpret device readings, use judgment, and escalate issues when needed.
• Rotate across assembly, repair, packaging, spare parts, and testing operations.
• Disinfect and sanitize devices and equipment, and prepare units and materials for shipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic and proficient computer skills, including data entry and learning multiple systems.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to document data accurately and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to use tools such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, hipot testers, pressure gauges, screwdrivers, and torque drivers.

Nice to have

• Experience with electromechanical assembly, repair, or testing in an FDA-regulated environment.
