What you will do
- Identify and pursue business opportunities across corporate, specialty, and government banking.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Manage revenue, profitability, costs, and financial performance while minimizing risk.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate on banking product development based on client needs and market trends.
- Work with credit, operations, compliance, marketing, and sales teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 7 years of industry-specific sales experience.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and financial performance management.
- Ability to manage regulatory and operational risks in banking.
