What you will do
- Lead QA validation of integrations between IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, and ForgeRock and enterprise applications through REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize manual and automated functional, regression, and UAT test cases.
- Maintain and refactor automation scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.
- Perform root-cause analysis, manage the complete defect lifecycle, and implement preventative measures.
- Ensure QA deliverables align with audit, compliance, and Enterprise QA CoE standards.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore QA resources across planning, execution, reporting, and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future immigration sponsorship.
- 2–3 years of API testing experience with tools such as Postman, REST Assured, Karate, SoapUI, or Ready API.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud, and privileged access management tools such as CyberArk.
- Experience leading QA engagements for large-scale transformation programs and strong knowledge of software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong expertise in test data management and data-driven or keyword-driven automation frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across technical, business, and compliance teams.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCSP, CyberArk, SailPoint IdentityIQ, CFTL, CSTE, or ISTQB.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
