Paid Media Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL — in-person three days per week

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus of 8–12% of base salary.

What you will do

• Support media planning and channel strategy for paid media campaigns.
• Manage campaigns from brief and creative development through launch and reporting.
• Configure and manage DV360, CM360, and Floodlight tools for campaign setup, tracking, and delivery.
• Coordinate ad trafficking with external agencies, including specifications, timing, and launch readiness.
• Write and refine paid search and other advertising copy.
• Manage campaign timelines, logistics, agency relationships, and process improvements using AI tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid media.
• Experience with media planning, channel strategy, ad trafficking, and the full campaign lifecycle.
• Experience writing paid search copy and understanding its underlying mechanics.
• Experience with ad technology platforms; DV360 and CM360, including Floodlight, are preferred.
• Experience managing campaign timelines, logistics, and external agency relationships.
• Ability to work from the Chicago office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, trading, or regulatory industries.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
