Paid Media Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL — hybrid, in-person three days per week

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 per year plus a discretionary performance bonus of 8–12% of base salary.

What you will do

• Support media planning and channel strategy for paid campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign logistics from brief and creative through launch and reporting.
• Manage DV360, CM360, and Floodlight tools for campaign setup, tracking, and delivery.
• Coordinate ad trafficking with external agencies and verify specifications, timing, and setup.
• Write and refine paid search and other advertising copy.
• Manage campaign timelines, agency relationships, and AI-assisted process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of paid media experience.
• Experience with media planning, channel strategy, and the full campaign launch lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with ad trafficking and paid search copywriting.
• Experience with ad technology platforms; DV360 and CM360, including Floodlight, are preferred.
• Experience managing campaign timelines, logistics, and external agency relationships.
• Comfort using AI tools to find efficiencies.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, trading, or regulated industries.
• Google Tag Manager experience.
