Lead CSA Estimator

Location: Santiago, Chile; on-site

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 USD per year, depending on education, skills, and experience.

hirify.global is hiring for a construction estimating leadership role supporting technical facility projects and client relationships.

What you will do

• Lead estimating activities through the construction stage and manage relationships with project teams, general contractors, and clients.
• Develop robust estimating processes and systems for the team.
• Evaluate initial cost plans and confirm that estimates support agreed project timeframes.
• Own external contractor bid analysis and develop industry benchmarking strategies.
• Provide estimate updates to stakeholders and oversee quality controls.
• Provide technical guidance on change-order estimates and cost analysis after budget setting.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of estimating experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, petrochemical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency across estimating stages, peer reviews, and project benchmarking for highly technical facilities.
• Experience building and guiding estimating teams.
• Strong business development, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to represent clients effectively in contractor relationships.
