Franchise Business Consultant - Dunkin' (Northern CT/Western MA Remote)

Location: Connecticut - Remote; Northern Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Travel to consult with franchisees is required based on portfolio needs.

Salary: $94,645–$185,786 per year

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of franchisees and drive sales, profitability, network growth, and consistent brand execution.
• Facilitate annual planning and franchise business reviews, then coach franchisees through follow-up commitments.
• Review ongoing data and analytics to identify priorities, recommend actions, and monitor progress.
• Support restaurant remodels and new store openings by coordinating milestones with franchisees and construction partners.
• Coordinate with marketing and training teams on operational initiatives, promotions, evaluations, and franchisee support.
• Manage administrative responsibilities and ensure effective use of general and administrative expenses.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations experience.
• Prior leadership experience and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations.
• High school diploma or GED required; a four-year bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, consultation, strategic coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use data and financial acumen to develop and execute plans that drive results.
• Willingness to travel to franchisee locations as needed.
