Factory Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Pullman, Washington, United States; onsite factory leadership role.

Salary: $138,900–$205,200 per year.

What you will do

• Direct, organize, and motivate the assigned factory to meet strategic and operational objectives.
• Own safety, quality, on-time delivery, lead-time productivity, and budget performance.
• Identify and justify staffing and capital requirements.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the factory.
• Apply SEL values, principles of operations, and world-class manufacturing principles.
• Remove operational obstacles and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of related experience in increasingly complex leadership roles supporting manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, delegate work, and remove obstacles.
• Strong leadership, communication, writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.
