Location: Houston or Pearland, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work.

What you will do
- Manage water and wastewater master planning projects, including schedules, budgets, and client coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact for Houston-area municipal clients and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior leaders to deliver water and wastewater planning solutions.
- Apply engineering judgment and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Mentor early-career engineers and contribute to team development.
- Expand technical and leadership capabilities through increasing responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering field.
- Professional Engineer license, or successful completion of the PE exam with the ability to obtain licensure within one year.
- At least four years of engineering experience in water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing or supporting projects, schedules, and budgets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients and project teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with water and wastewater master planning, distribution and collection system hydraulic modeling, sanitary sewer evaluation studies, or impact fee studies.
- Experience working with municipal clients.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff.
- Familiarity with planning and modeling tools or infrastructure data analysis.
