Regional Senior Project Analyst (Supply Chain): Coordinating and executing a strategic Distribution and Transportation project portfolio across LATAM with an accent on governance, roadmap management, risk mitigation, and portfolio reporting. Focus on aligning cross-functional stakeholders, tracking milestones and benefits, and supporting transformation across warehouse, transportation, digital capabilities, and operational excellence.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico; occasional travel of up to 25% across LATAM is required.

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day project management for the Distribution and Transportation strategic roadmap.
- Coordinate strategic projects across distribution, transportation, digital capabilities, operational excellence, and process transformation.
- Establish governance structures, executive steering committees, operational reviews, and portfolio management routines.
- Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, decision points, KPIs, financial tracking, and benefits realization.
- Support strategic planning, roadmap reviews, prioritization, and resource allocation discussions.
- Partner with operations, digital, finance, procurement, quality, engineering, customer service, and supply chain functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; business administration, engineering, supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy execution, supply chain, operations, or business transformation.
- Strong project and portfolio management skills, including governance, planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and multi-country initiatives, using project management tools, dashboards, and portfolio reporting systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- English and Spanish proficiency are required. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are also required.
Nice to have
- PMP, PMO, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management certification.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, transportation, healthcare, life sciences, or consumer industries.
