X-Ray Supervisor (Radiography/NDT)

What you will do

• Supervise X-ray staff and plan work schedules.
• Oversee X-ray system operations according to standard operating procedures.
• Make product acceptance decisions based on inspection results.
• Maintain radiation survey, eye test, technician training, and compliance records.
• Monitor radiographer performance and maintain high reader accuracy.
• Assess and develop employee capabilities while collaborating with managers, direct reports, and customers.

Requirements

• At least five years of Level III Radiographer experience required.
• Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, procedures, and government regulations.
• Ability to schedule work, prepare reports, communicate effectively, and apply practical mathematical concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or current passport required.
• Successful completion of a background screening and regular work at the company office or work site are required.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field, physics, or engineering.
• Experience in project testing and system qualification.
