Software Engineer Rotational Program (AI)

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 USD annually, plus potential discretionary annual variable incentive

What you will do

• Complete a three-week onboarding and training program covering core technologies, tools, platforms, and engineering practices.
• Complete two six-week software development rotations with different product teams.
• Contribute to real front-end, back-end, or full-stack codebases.
• Work on products including interoperability platforms, data infrastructure, clinical systems, and financial services solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams while receiving mentorship and career guidance.
• Transition to a long-term software engineering role after successfully meeting program expectations.

Requirements

• Graduate in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field.
• Experience with at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or C#.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with AI and agentic tools and their application to software development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with initiative demonstrated through personal, academic, or team projects.
