TL;DR
KHMS Intern (Operational Excellence): Supporting the deployment, tracking, and sustainability of Kraft Heinz Management System practices across Global Business Services with an accent on data management, reporting, coordination, and governance. Focus on analyzing health check results, maintaining KPI dashboards and trackers, coordinating deliverables, and preparing insight-driven presentations for leadership.
Location: Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCC, India

What you will do
- Support Coaches in deploying, tracking, and sustaining KHMS practices across Global Business Services teams.
- Collect and consolidate health check data, prepare reports and KPI dashboards, and analyze trends for leadership.
- Coordinate with GPLs, Tower Leads, and Team Leads to follow up on actions and deliverables.
- Track post-deployment communications, homework, tickets, action items, and closure records.
- Support IO App queries, technical requirement gathering, configuration tracking, audits, workshops, and sustainability initiatives.
- Create and maintain training materials and repositories, support enablement sessions, and collect feedback.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with basic data analysis skills.
- Ability to create structured reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Organized, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with process documentation and governance concepts.
