What you will do

• Assist with managing food production, recipes, menus, preparation, presentation, and storage.
• Monitor food preparation and adherence to established recipes and operating standards.
• Coordinate staff functions and support line employees with daily kitchen responsibilities.
• Control production levels to minimize waste and maintain accountability for food items.
• Maintain production and storage areas in accordance with health department codes.
• Keep the assigned area clean, safe, and free of hazards while supporting a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred.
• Three to five years of Sous Chef experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage operational functions in an environment with frequent interruptions.
• Must follow Seminole Tribe policies and procedures.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
