Salary: $96,800–$145,200 annual, plus a target performance-based cash incentive of 10% of base pay.

What you will do
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for global logistics, transportation, and trade compliance systems.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead Agile ceremonies and validation activities.
- Develop product vision and roadmaps for cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Analyze and improve routing, freight auditing, import/export, customs, and transportation processes.
- Ensure digital solutions support international trade compliance, including customs declarations, export controls, sanctions, and tariffs.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects, change management, dashboards, reporting, and automation initiatives to improve supply chain performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep knowledge of domestic and international transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and global trade regulations.
- Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and collaborating with development teams.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, cross-functional facilitation, and process improvement.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Jira experience and knowledge of Agile tools.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or experience.
- Change management training and experience with conflict management.
