Mining Assistant Supervisor (Crypto Mining)

Location: On-site at the Corsicana, Texas facility

What you will do

• Supervise, train, and monitor operators, team members, and team leads.
• Assign personnel and coordinate workflows between departments and work areas.
• Monitor compliance with operational, company, and safety standards.
• Review and approve timesheets, maintain work orders and pass-downs, and use Monday.com for administrative tasks.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer equipment and crypto miners, including Cat-5 cabling and racking materials.
• Operate a scissor lift at heights of up to 20 feet and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in operations, production, mining, data centers, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment is preferred.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring employees or team leads is preferred.
• Experience installing, maintaining, or working with computer equipment is strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, access tight spaces, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
