What you will do
- Manage branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and coach colleagues toward production, service, retention, and customer relationship goals.
- Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and make referrals to relevant banking partners.
- Develop new consumer and business relationships through calling programs, community involvement, and market-area partnerships.
- Use banking tools, mobile services, and online banking capabilities to identify sales and service opportunities.
- Oversee branch staffing, recruitment, hiring, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
- Background checks and fingerprinting are required under NMLS regulations.
- Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
- Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
- Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

- Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
- Experience leading branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
- Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
- Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
