Focus on researching denied or underpaid claims, resolving outstanding balances, and coordinating with providers, coding, revenue integrity, and patient access teams.
Location: Manchester, NH, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

What you will do
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate insurance claims through electronic and paper billing systems.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance balances and support timely reimbursement according to payer guidelines and hospital policy.
- Research, analyze, and resolve denied or underpaid claims, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Work with providers, coding, revenue integrity, and patient access teams to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant claims.
- Retrieve, review, and submit medical documentation requested by insurance carriers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with third-party payer claims, including commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and government-assisted programs.
- Ability to perform billing, account follow-up, claims resolution, and medical documentation review.
- Ability to work onsite in Manchester, NH, Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
