Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst with Greek (Accounts Receivable/Finance): Collecting cash by resolving invoice disputes with external customers and identifying systemic fixes with an accent on governance, communication, and business process excellence. Focus on investigating root causes, influencing stakeholders, improving processes, and collaborating across service centers and global teams.
Location: Bucharest office, Romania; hybrid work-from-home/work-from-office option
Starting salary: 9,200 RON gross per month, plus an 1,800 RON gross monthly rare-language bonus, 13th salary, and vacation bonus.

What you will do
- Collect cash by partnering with external customers to resolve open goods-invoice issues.
- Investigate the root causes of disputes and implement systemic fixes.
- Set daily priorities and goals, identify process improvements, and lead projects.
- Drive action and influence internal and external customers to unlock cash.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across service centers and global teams.
- Maintain governance and disciplined processes to protect company cash.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Very good spoken and written English and Greek.
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving, time-management, and analytical-thinking skills.
