Quality Training Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite manufacturing environment. U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do

• Follow internal training program guidelines and procedures.
• Facilitate new-hire training for finishers and inspectors, including product drawings, internal specifications, hand tools, and identification of non-conforming products.
• Manage recertification training and ensure employees are qualified for tasks affecting product or service quality.
• Coordinate training schedules with Production Supervisors and maintain accurate training records.
• Track training completion, effectiveness, compliance rates, and competency progress; generate related reports.
• Support Lean and Six Sigma improvement teams, audits, data analysis, and quality documentation updates.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience facilitating training and working cross-functionally with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inspection procedures, techniques, specifications, and drawings in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and use of standard inspection hand tools.
• U.S. Person status is required, including U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, lawful permanent residency, or qualifying refugee or asylum status.
