What you will do
- Research and resolve purchase order discrepancies, pricing issues, and order-related concerns.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customer solutions.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal departments on procurement and service-related issues.
- Identify product requirements and ensure accurate order execution.
- Review product information, pricing, and order specifications.
- Monitor shipment schedules, expedite orders when necessary, and support monthly and quarterly business review reports.
