Focus on synchronizing supply chain planning, resolving customer and shipment issues, monitoring ocean freight schedules, and maintaining accurate inventory and financial follow-up.

What you will do

  • Process sales orders end to end and coordinate customer orders, shipments, vessel bookings, and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales, finance, sourcing, logistics, forwarders, warehouses, and supply chain planning teams.
  • Monitor product availability, SKU replenishment, safety stocks, warehouse inventory, import schedules, and ocean shipments.
  • Analyze demand patterns and planning exceptions, validate forecasts, and communicate supply changes and production issues.
  • Handle customer complaints, payment follow-up, credit and debit notes, returns, export shipments, and compliance submissions.
  • Reconcile Thailand warehouse inventory with SAP, manage annual inventory counts and destruction, and prepare monthly reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce or Science.
  • Knowledge of SAP and strong computer application skills.
  • At least 5 years of domestic and international sales order processing experience.
  • 3–4 years of experience in supply or demand planning.
  • Knowledge of import and export trading and experience in warehouse management.
  • Fluent Thai and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system for sales order processing and supply planning.
  • SFDC experience and knowledge of sales policies, business processes, and local legal, tax, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, judgment, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
