Commercial Manager (Data Center Construction)

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by preparing valuations and cost reports.
• Communicate project variations clearly to the relevant team members.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss and expense claims.
• Maintain accurate cost documentation and timely communication to support project management and decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management for large-scale mission-critical projects such as data centers.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Dallas, Texas.
