What you will do

  • Operate production equipment and complete daily wet lab and manufacturing activities.
  • Work with chemicals including alcohols and acrylics.
  • Prepare and analyze microsections using established processes.
  • Test products and complete all required documentation.
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers, recommend procedural changes, and report safety hazards.
  • Handle hazardous waste according to Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of the full process, documentation, IPC test methods, and SPC.
  • Experience with chemical analysis and microsection preparation and analysis.
  • Computer skills, visual acuity, eye-hand coordination, communication, reading, writing, and mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions, prioritize work, and maintain a quality- and safety-focused approach.
  • Must comply with ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and TTM export-control policies; access to restricted ITAR products and technical data is limited to US citizens and permanent residents.

  • Previous lab technician experience.
