Service Parts Procurement Team Leader (Korean Bilingual)

Salary: $110,000–$115,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop annual and long-term procurement strategies and sourcing roadmaps for service parts.
• Manage relationships with overseas manufacturers, OEMs, and key suppliers.
• Monitor procurement KPIs covering delivery, inventory turnover, freight costs, purchase price variance, and service levels.
• Convert demand forecasts into delivery schedules, manage expediting, and maintain ordering parameters such as lead times, MOQs, reorder points, and safety stock.
• Identify supply chain risks, resolve shortages, delays, and quality issues, and implement corrective and contingency actions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team while improving processes through workflow optimization and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, operations management, procurement, or a related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management or service parts procurement experience, including 3+ years in a team leader, supervisory, or management role.
• End-to-end procurement expertise covering strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase orders, expediting, supplier performance, and vendor relationships.
• Professional fluency in Korean and English is required, including verbal and written communication.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, plus strong data analysis skills using Advanced Excel, BI tools, or related platforms.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in service parts, spare parts, aftermarket, automotive, industrial machinery, or related industries.
• Experience with global sourcing, overseas suppliers, international freight, and customs clearance.
• Experience improving or digitizing procurement processes and implementing ERP or SCM enhancements.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, or CSCP.
