Credit Research MBA/Graduate Internship (Fixed Income) – Investment Grade & High Yield - Summer 2027

Location: Onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Full-time summer internship from May through August; relocation assistance is offered.

Salary: $45.00–$65.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support research and underwriting of bond investments across public investment-grade and high-yield markets.
• Monitor credit risk and performance of existing investment holdings.
• Conduct independent research on industries and sectors within the fixed-income market.
• Contribute to the investment process, including meetings with issuers and management.
• Collaborate daily with portfolio managers, research directors, and senior research analysts.

Requirements

• Completed the first year of a graduate program with a strong academic record.
• Working knowledge of accounting, finance, corporate strategy, real estate, and financial statistics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, mathematical, and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow direction from multiple leaders and work independently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to work full time onsite during the summer from May through August.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment tools such as Aladdin or Bloomberg.
