Location: Onsite Health Center in Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Full-time schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–2:30 PM.

What you will do
- Manage daily health center operations, staff, and workflows.
- Lead hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management for clinical, administrative, and technical staff.
- Provide hands-on patient care and technical clinical support as needed.
- Monitor patient flow, utilization, and penetration while identifying workflow improvements.
- Lead infection control activities, support quality initiatives, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Communicate policies, coordinate meetings with client representatives, maintain patient records, and support incident investigations and complaint resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider.
- At least 3 years of medical-field experience and 2–3 years of management experience.
- Experience using CDC, WHO, APIC, or comparable industry standards for infection prevention.
Nice to have
- Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, where required by the site’s service scope.
