Sr Financial Analyst, Business Development and Investor Relations

Location: Medina, Minnesota, USA; hybrid work arrangement. Some travel is required.

Starting pay range: $80,000–$111,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, and other business development decisions through financial analysis, impact assessments, valuation support, and transaction coordination.
• Develop financial projections, perform due diligence, and support transaction execution with business leaders, finance teams, technical accounting, and external advisors.
• Support financial integration of acquired companies, including systems, reporting alignment, controls, and policy compliance.
• Monitor portfolio business performance, assess financial health, and support valuation reporting.
• Manage business development accounting activities, including accruals, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain investor relations models, analyze market and shareholder data, and prepare earnings, investor, board, and SEC-related materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial processes, and corporate finance principles.
• Experience modeling and analyzing complex financial data and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Strong project management, communication, influencing, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
