What you will do

• Quote customer orders from drawings and supplied information while maintaining standard pricing levels.
• Negotiate and follow up on sales quotations to secure and book orders.
• Enter orders accurately, track jobs from booking through product release, and reconcile backlog records.
• Resolve manufacturability, delivery, quality, and product-release issues with engineering and manufacturing departments.
• Maintain customer contact records, provide sales activity reports, and develop new customer accounts.
• Prioritize workload and achieve daily performance goals.

Requirements

• Understanding of the technology used to manufacture high-technology circuit boards.
• Strong customer communication skills, telephone etiquette, coordination abilities, and multitasking skills.
• English communication skills sufficient to perform the job are required.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and complete responsibilities independently.
• Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.

• Inside sales experience.
• Printed circuit board industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
