Finance Manager (Financial Analysis)

What you will do

• Implement small-scale projects and conduct financial analysis to identify value creation opportunities across business categories.
• Translate analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement plans and support organizational development.
• Support business development and decision-making processes.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare accurate reports.
• Improve processes and track industry and competitive trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
