What you will do
- Lead the design and development of enterprise data, MDM, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI architectures.
- Analyze, implement, and deploy Data & AI solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, business functions, and product teams to integrate solutions into production.
- Evaluate and guide the adoption of Data & AI technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Mentor Data & AI and engineering teams while translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, including at least 4 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Experience designing and deploying large-scale Data & AI systems in production and leading cross-functional AI projects.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, statistical techniques, operations research, and scalable AI architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, with strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.
Nice to have
- Ph.D. in Operations Research, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- Relevant AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure AI certification.
- Experience with generative AI, reinforcement learning, DevOps practices, and MLOps pipelines.
- Publications or patents in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
- Experience in healthcare, finance, or technology industries.
