What you will do
- Support the Director of Programs, senior managers, and program/project managers with assigned program duties.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative budget and risk analyses using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) techniques.
- Manage and interpret cost, schedule, performance metrics, milestones, deliverables, and program risks.
- Plan, establish, and review contracts, programs, policies, and procedures while researching and resolving contract issues.
- Monitor overhead budgets, collect and report data, and provide recommendations based on analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent with 10–15 years of technical experience.
- Previous experience working in an EVMS environment.
- Expertise in Deltek Costpoint, COGNOS, and COBRA.
- Thorough understanding of DoD FAR, DFAS CAS, DFARS, and GAGAS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
Nice to have
- Experience with technical writing and proposal writing.
- Experience working in a DoD or IDIQ environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
