Intercompany Outbound Analyst (Thai)

What you will do

• Manage intercompany orders using SAP, COMS, IOMS, Salesforce, BPCS, Lotus Notes, and other applicable systems.
• Coordinate with source locations, supply chain teams, international subsidiaries, and 3PL freight forwarders to ensure timely export of international orders.
• Support compliance with source-country and international export regulations for shipments.
• Handle inquiries about product availability, order status, expedites, escalations, delays, and transportation issues.
• Resolve customer feedback complaints and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational processes.
• Provide backup support, maintain SOPs and job aids, and participate in ERP deployments and corporate initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are beneficial.
• Fluent Thai language skills, both oral and written, are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with minimal supervision, communicate across organizational levels, and collaborate with virtual and cross-functional teams.
• Customer-service orientation, quality focus, continuous-improvement mindset, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

Nice to have

• Experience with international transactions, global transportation, and multiple supply chain functions.
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification.
• Project Management certification.
• Lotus Notes experience.
