PI Sales Engineer (E-Mobility)

What you will do

• Align customer strategies with business goals and ensure customer requirements are addressed.
• Identify current and future customer needs and provide strategic advice based on market trends and available capabilities.
• Lead technical and commercial negotiations while communicating the value of solutions.
• Own and develop a diverse customer portfolio as a trusted technical and commercial advisor.
• Grow existing and new business, develop product markets, and coordinate with internal departments, parent-company stakeholders, and global customers.
• Support the transformation to e-mobility through cross-functional and intercultural collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Specified professional experience relevant to the industry.
• Relevant certifications, systems experience, and training.
• Clear and proactive communication with colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Customer-centric approach, initiative, execution, and ability to develop innovative solutions.

Nice to have

• Professional-level English language skills.
