Location: On-site training at distribution centers in Tucson, Phoenix, Mesa, or Gilbert, Arizona. Classroom training is held in Plano, Texas. After completing the six-month program, relocation out of state is required, with company-provided assistance.
Compensation: $28.85 per hour on a full-time schedule in the listed states; relocation or cost-of-living adjustments may also apply.

What you will do
- Complete hands-on training across distribution center operations, management, and purchasing.
- Learn operational methods, procedures, performance standards, inventory systems, and financial processes by shadowing experienced employees.
- Work with contractors, builders, service and maintenance providers, and retail customers to understand the swimming pool, irrigation, and landscaping distribution business.
- Attend classroom sessions covering operations, financials, leadership, human capital management, and operating systems.
- Complete special operations projects and deliver a comprehensive presentation to senior management at the end of the six-month program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in industrial distribution, supply chain management, management, operations, or a related discipline, with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Leadership or problem-solving experience, or relevant internship, organization, volunteer, athletic, or military leadership experience.
- Ability and willingness to work in a distribution warehouse and lead and develop a team in a rapidly changing environment.
- Willingness and ability to relocate during and after the program at company expense.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and lift products up to 75 pounds.
- Motivated, results-driven, self-starting, and customer-service-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn inventory and other business software.
