Activations Specialist (Fandango)

Location: Must be based in Orlando, Florida. Hybrid role with a minimum of three office days per week. Evening, weekend, holiday, on-call, and occasional travel availability may be required for critical implementations.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Fandango1 activations for cinema partners from kickoff planning and system setup through go-live and stabilization.
• Consult with cinema owners and operational teams on ticketing, reserved seating, point of sale, concessions, inventory, memberships, reporting, and cash-close workflows.
• Deliver virtual training and support data migration, configuration updates, testing, hardware installation, peripheral setup, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Manage multiple overlapping activation projects, timelines, partner communications, risks, escalations, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Payments, and Support to remove roadblocks and improve activation outcomes.
• Document project details, configuration decisions, training results, and next steps in Salesforce and other required systems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology organization.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain software functionality and operational concepts to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, including Windows, Office, Excel, and Teams.
• Patience, energy, and an engaging communication style.
• Must be based in Orlando, Florida and able to work from the office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in cinema operations, ticketing, concessions, retail, food and beverage, or accounting.
• Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, Windows Workstation, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or Jira.
• Basic network troubleshooting and advanced problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
