TL;DR
Senior Manager, Compliance Program Effectiveness & Analytics (AI) (Compliance Analytics): Building and maturing compliance testing frameworks, analytics capabilities, dashboards, and AI-enabled compliance tools across the Americas and EMEA with an accent on program effectiveness, risk monitoring, and actionable insights. Focus on designing controls testing, building Power BI dashboards, identifying compliance trends, and translating complex data into guidance for senior leadership.
Location: Bridgestone Tower; preferably based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Periodic travel is required.

What you will do
- Design and build a structured compliance program testing and monitoring framework.
- Conduct compliance assessments and controls testing, document root causes, and recommend improvements.
- Develop compliance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and risk indicators for senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Advance compliance data analytics and use risk-registry trends to support proactive decision-making.
- Help build practical AI-enabled tools for investigations support and trend identification.
- Support anti-bribery, training, communications, and cross-functional risk-management initiatives.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in ethics and compliance, internal audit, compliance program management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing compliance testing, monitoring, or assessments.
- Practical experience using data analytics to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Experience building compliance or audit dashboards; Power BI proficiency is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application to compliance programs and investigations.
- Strong analytical, communication, writing, judgment, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or another relevant professional certification.
- Experience with anti-bribery or anti-corruption programs.
