TL;DR
SEO Strategist (AI) (SEO, AI-native search, and programmatic SEO): Building a compounding organic growth engine across Google search, AI-native surfaces, and product-driven SEO with an accent on technical SEO, scalable content systems, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on designing programmatic page-generation loops, improving crawlability and conversion, embedding SEO into product workflows, and driving 10x+ growth through SEO.
Location: On-site in Redwood City, California, US
Compensation: $170,000–$230,000 per year plus equity. Full-time or contract arrangements are available.

What you will do
- Own SEO strategy across Google search, AI-native discovery surfaces, and programmatic and product-driven SEO.
- Build and maintain authoritative content pillars across documentation, blogs, landing pages, and product surfaces.
- Design scalable programmatic SEO systems and repeatable content loops that produce high-quality pages.
- Use AI to generate, maintain, and improve content and content workflows.
- Improve site architecture, indexing, crawlability, performance, rankings, and conversion.
- Partner with product and engineering to embed SEO into product workflows and experiment with unconventional growth ideas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO or growth roles.
- Proven record of driving 10x+ growth through SEO.
- Strong technical SEO and on-page optimization experience.
- Hands-on execution experience with a focus on shipping, not only planning.
- Experience using AI tools to scale content and workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in Redwood City, California, US.
Nice to have
- Experience with programmatic SEO.
- Experience optimizing for AI-native search, including ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- Background in SaaS, developer tools, or technical products.
- Startup experience or experience in fast-moving environments.
