Salary: $25.75–$38.50 per hour

What you will do
- Support corporate and business-line applications and troubleshoot issues for system users.
- Serve as a technical liaison between business users, IT, and vendors.
- Monitor incoming and clearing system files, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Analyze company data and provide reporting and recommendations for business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to customize and enhance applications for operational needs.
- Assist with test plans for system changes, conversions, and projects.
Requirements
- Associate degree or progressive work experience.
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, planning, and coordination skills.
- Ability to connect technical solutions with operational issues.
- Ability to work in Greenville, South Carolina, United States.
