Senior UX Writer/Content Strategist (UX Content Design)

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Area, Texas; hybrid schedule with mandatory onsite work Tuesday–Thursday

Pay: $60 per hour on W2

Information technology and workforce solutions provider supporting a leading airline's Technology Strategy User Experience team.

What you will do

• Create and manage content for employee-facing digital products and customer service applications.
• Develop content strategies and write instructional copy, error and confirmation messages, scripts, knowledge base articles, and other in-product content.
• Partner with UX Designers, Product teams, Technology, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and align on content solutions.
• Participate in user research, content audits, roadmaps, and performance analysis to improve content effectiveness.
• Lead content governance and maintain standards for tone, voice, terminology, and messaging consistency.
• Coach and mentor others on UX writing and content strategy best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience or training.
• 5+ years of experience creating and executing digital content strategy across multiple channels.
• Strong UX writing, content design, editing, proofreading, and functional product copywriting skills.
• Experience translating complex business and technical concepts into clear, concise user experiences.
• Experience collaborating with UX, Product, and cross-functional teams and using research or user feedback to improve content.
• Portfolio required; must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no H-1B or C2C arrangements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Experience with content management or knowledge management systems.
• Experience with agent-facing, employee-facing, CRM, customer service, or enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting technical projects involving Generative AI or machine learning.
• Experience in travel, airline, hospitality, or transportation, as well as content audits, information architecture, taxonomy, and governance.
